Just found my new favorite Indian dish: Appam 🤍🇮🇳

A traditional South Indian delight made from fermented rice and coconut batter, with crispy, golden edges and a soft, fluffy center that melts in your mouth. Served with a rich coconut curry, it's light, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. Huge thanks to Chef Nagendra for preparing this with so much love and authenticity. A true taste of India!
