Miss World Colombia 2021 Crowned

Andre Aguilera from Antioquia was crowned Miss World Colombia 2021 at the glittering final held on 15^th August. The professional model and presenter was crowned by Miss World Colombia 2019, Sara Arteaga.

The Miss World Colombia 2021 finalists participated in several preliminary events including Beauty with a Purpose and Talent. The Talent contest was held at the Homi Paediatric Hospital Foundation, a leader in the fight against childhood cancer. The finalists performed their talents in front of the children to bring joy and happiness.

24-year-old Andre has a diploma in Neuro-linguistic Programming and a Technician in Early Childhood Care.

Andrea's Beauty with a Purpose project “Nutrir Neuronas” tackles child malnutrition. Andre is working with “Othello Nutrition” to give specialised nutritional food to hundreds of children with chronic malnutrition. 

Andrea will represent Colombia at the month-long festival and highly anticipated 70^th Miss World Final in Puerto Rico, where reigning Miss World, Toni-Ann Singh will crown her successor.
