There are many reasons to love Puerto Rico and Miss World contestants had a wonderful opportunity to experience what the island has to offer first-hand. Miss World Canada 2020, Svetlana Mamaeva, is an active traveler who has visited nearly 30 countries. It was her first time in Puerto Rico, so she appreciated the opportunity to spend almost a month on this beautiful island learning about its history, culture, cuisine, music, and more.
When asked what she loved the most about this tropical paradise, Svetlana shared it was the atmosphere of celebration and people, who radiated warmth, joy and gratitude.
