Fiesta fiesta!!

Let me introduce you to the town of celebration and festival. My stay in Puerto Rico has been a spectacular one for myself and my Miss world sisters.

Amidst our tight and busy schedule in preparation for the 70the edition of Miss world, we had the opportunity to visit the town plaza through a parade festival.

We had well decorated festival coaches assigned to us and moved around town listening to sounds of all kinds of musical instruments, people chanting and dancing as well as other performances.

It was a magical moment and for me and for a second I thought I was in Disney land .

We later had a speech from the Mayor, then the reigning Miss world; Toni Ann Singh Graced our presence with her theme song « I have nothing «  and then awards of acknowledgement were given out, we then danced, sang and headed back home.

This experience is one I’d never forget as I’ve never been part of a festive parade before until this day. It was so magical especially as I got to bond with the other girls and admire the beauty of celebration together.
