Especially in this challenge, the climate in the morning was not so light, which was expected since all contestants were worried about this moment. So I knew that I was really facing one of the biggest challenges in the Miss World competition…
But It was a wonderful day with the view to the ocean. The interviewers were the current Miss World, Toni-Ann Singh and the Miss World 2016, Stephanie Del Valle, they surprised me with so much sympathy and joy. The film crew was very professional and attentive. Than everything changed and the day became light

Expressing yourself clearly is extremely important, in my opinion communication is the key for transforming reality. In this challenge, we had the opportunity to express ourselves not only for the organization of the contest, but also for all viewers, since everything was recorded.
I remember that after that tension, I was at peace, I spoke to my heart and faced one of the biggest challenges for me, which was speaking in another language. I overcame the anxiety and achieved a personal victory of great satisfaction.
I finish with this thought on my mind: how important is being in a light and pleasant environment, that contributed a lot to enjoy this moment in the best way!

The outfit I wore was made by a very talent and special friend: Antônio Carlos. He chose the purple color because is the same color of my social project, the fight against Hansen’s disease
