As part of my Beauty With A Purpose project, I officially started training on becoming a Behavioural Technician, by Mmaleshwane Mauco, who is the first board certified registered Behavior Analyst in Southern Africa. She has 14 years of experience consulting in Autism, Severe Special Needs, Learning Difficulties, and Staff Training & Behavior Management. Having earned a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University in Boston
With Certified Behavior Analyst Mmaleshwane Mauco Upon completion of this training program, I will be an accredited - Registered Behavior Technician®️ (RBT®️)
This is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform.
