Miss Botswana’s Celebratory Homecoming

I was welcomed back into the country with so much warmth and love by the minister of environment, natural resources and tourism, Ms Philda Kereng, family, friends and an amazing support system. 

And of course I couldn’t help but join in on the dance performance by a local Traditional Troupe. The name of this type of dance is Tsutsube. 

Tsutsube is a traditional dance and accompanying music is originally practiced by Basarwa or San people. 

Originally a dance genre that was associated with the Ghanzi and the Kgalagadi regions but it has now spread around most parts of the country.
