Today has to be one of my favourite experiences by far. We witnessed the vibrant culture of Telangana as we travelled to explore the serene Buddhavanam temple. We were enlightened by the rich history and culture on a tour led by Dr Sivanagi and immersed in the art of meditation amongst monks by Dammacharya.
