According to recent research conducted by the Australian Red Cross, an overwhelming majority of Australians are in favour of mandatory first aid training in high schools, coinciding with the #EducateResuscitate’s primary goal. The survey, which involved 1013 respondents, found that a staggering 88% of Australians believe that first aid training should be a compulsory part of the high school curriculum.

Furthermore, the study also reveals that adults are not exempt from this expectation. Approximately 70% of Australians surveyed expressed the desire for first aid knowledge to be integrated into the driver's license application process. This demonstrates a widespread belief in the importance of equipping both young people and adults with essential first aid skills!
