Ruth Carlos to represent Angola at the 70th Miss World Final in Puerto Rico
Ruth Carlos representing Huambo was crowned Miss World Angola 2021 at the glistening gala held on 2nd October in Luanda. Ruth succeeds Brezana da Costa, Miss World Angola 2019.
