Today’s run meant more to me than simply crossing a finish line. 💗

Breast cancer touches the lives of so many women and families around the world. Behind every diagnosis is a woman with her own story, a family standing beside her, and people hoping and praying for more time together.

Being part of this Charity Run reminded me how important it is to use our voices for things that truly matter, to encourage women to be aware of their health, to prioritise regular screening, and to understand the importance of early detection.

Today, I ran for the women still fighting, for the survivors who continue to inspire us, and for the families who never stop showing up.

Grateful to have shared this moment with so many incredible women and to be part of a message of awareness, hope and strength. 🎀
