The Fire Within: How Helping Others Helped Me Grow

Looking back to 2022, meeting and connecting with young people wasn’t just about inspiring them—it ended up inspiring me, too. It lit a fire in me to keep doing more for the community and reminded me why this kind of work matters. There’s a kind of happiness that comes from helping others that’s hard to put into words. And every time we give something of ourselves, we always seem to get something back—lessons, growth, and experiences that help us become better versions of who we are.
