Highlight of the day 5 - 🍅 India’s first-ever tomato festival, Toma Terra, took place at Hyderabad’s Experium Eco Park, drawing inspiration from Spain’s iconic La Tomatina festival held annually in Buñol. Along with 6 other contestants I got to experience this today, and it was absolutely entertaining. Anudi Gunasekara 👑 was honoured to be one of just seven Miss World contestants, and the only one from Asia invited to Toma Terra, India’s first ever tomato festival 🍅 in Telangana.

Inspired by Spain’s iconic La Tomatina, the event celebrated cultural exchange and global unity. Anudi proudly represented Sri Lanka on stage, connecting with international delegates and festival goers in a vibrant celebration of joy and togetherness. 🇱🇰👑
