When crowned Miss World Sri Lanka 2024, on July 29th, Anudi Gunasekara made her hometown of Anuradhapura proud and a big celebration began! When she finally went back home, two major events were organized to celebrate her triumph. The local community organized the first one, with donations being made to support her Beauty with a Purpose project. Anise promotes menstrual hygiene.
