It is always such a pleasure visiting New Jerusalem’s Children’s Home, where we focused on the importance of grounding oneself. Over the past year, I have collaborated closely with the school and many others, highlighting a common struggle that deeply concerns me: the lack of safety and security in these safe havens. As a full-time volunteer, I visit my brothers and sisters regularly to provide them with the sense of security they deserve, which also gives my life a sense of purpose. The goal of these visits is to ensure they are productive. During this visit, we had a picnic and discussed positive affirmations and grounding techniques that can help them when they feel overwhelmed. Building a strong sense of belonging and self-belief is essential for reaching one’s highest potential. 🧠💡📖🌍💜🇿🇦
