MISS WORLD PERU TO BE CROWNED TONIGHT - This year the Miss World Peru 2024 contest will take place at the Triax Studio Television Auditorium, with capacity for 300 people and will be broadcast by Viva TV on channels 11 and 33. There are 18 candidates from the different regions of the country who have arrived in the city of Lima a month ago and who have been preparing for the final and appearing in various television and radio shows. The preliminary competitions, such as Sports (at the Peruvian Army Stadium) have already been carried out with public attendance. The Talent competition took place in the Auditorium of the Municipality of Jesus Maria with a capacity of 150 people. The Top Model competition was carried out in a television studio with the participation of three renowned designers and with an audience of 200 people and finally the Beauty with Purpose challenge took place privately with a jury specializing in social assistance management, among whom was the reigning Miss World Peru, Lucia Arellano, who also accompanied the participants in many presentations. This year the contest will have the motif of paying tribute to the Bicentennial of the Battle of Ayacucho, when the independence of Spanish America was signed under the direction of General Simon Bolivar.
