āBecoming the Woman I Once Neededā
There was a time when I doubted my own voice. I wondered if my ideas were too small, my dreams too ambitious, my path too uncertain. But life has a way of teaching you that purpose does not arrive fully formed ā it grows as you grow.Today, I stand as a woman shaped by experience, guided by faith, and strengthened by service. Leadership, for me, is not about being seen; it is about seeing others. It is about lifting people into the light, especially those who have been overlooked.I am becoming the woman I once needed ā confident, compassionate, and committed to impact. And I hope my journey encourages others to rise into their own becoming.
