Emotional Intelligence Booklet

Many of you who’ve been part of my journey for a while might already recognise this booklet—but today, I want to share the story behind it. 🥰 I’ve been using it to teach emotional skills to children in marginalized communities—giving them the language, confidence, and strength to navigate their inner worlds. ❤️May 2, 2025

Meeting with the Minister of Industrial Development & Entrepreneurship of Sabah, to discuss my BWAP.

I had the honour of meeting YB Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe, Minister of Industrial Development & Entrepreneurship of Sabah, and had the opportunity to share about my Beauty With A Purpose project, UnmaskYourself 🇲🇾. During our conversation, we’ve discussed how my project is not only focused on awareness in mental health but also on creating tangible changes. It was an inspiring exchange as we aligned our shared vision of driving positive change and creating lasting impact, not just in Malaysia but globally. 🌎Mar 12, 2025

Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women out there!

My journey as a woman has been one of self-discovery, learning who I truly am despite the labels the world often tries to place on us. It’s about carving out space in a society that has historically overlooked us and standing tall with compassion and confidence. It’s about breaking barriers, not just for ourselves but for every woman who has been silenced or marginalised. It’s about empowering the world through our voices, both gentle and strong, and leading with love, strength, and conviction. Reminding the world that when women rise, we lift the entire world with us.❤️Mar 8, 2025

Building the next generation ❤️

My mission with my Beauty with a Purpose project is to instill in children the values and beliefs that they have the power to overcome the invisible barriers they create in their minds, despite circumstances beyond their control. I aim to inspire them to believe in their strength and potential, empowering them to rise above challenges.Mar 8, 2025

Unseen Struggles: How Poverty Influences Mental Health in Marginalized Communities

Through my work as a mental health education volunteer in a marginalised community, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with one of its residents. Our conversation revealed the profound impact of poverty, affecting not only children’s physical needs but also their emotional and psychological well-being. It was deeply moving to witness firsthand how a family of five endures life in a cramped, isolating space, with little to no social support network. These challenges create invisible barriers that limit their potential, emphasising the crucial role of mental health education in breaking the cycle of poverty and despair.Mar 7, 2025
