Puerto Rico Diaries - PART 2 Welcome to the second edition of my super-special memories of the Puerto Rico trip. Here, I'm all set to make you live with me, some of the fantastic experiences, exciting places, and best moments of my life. We were reaching uphill to this restaurant, which was known for its arroz con pina, which literally translates to rice with pineapple. It was the first time I was eating steamed rice straight out of a pineapple, and what a sumptuous meal it was! Image [https://www.missworld.com/.image/c_fit,h_600,w_600/MTg3NjQyMzQ3ODQyOTcwODc5/manasa--b-1.jpg] My next most memorable event was the Top Model sub-contest. I enjoyed preparing for it to the hilt. I spent so much time making friends with my high heels, and it was something that I was super excited about. What made the day really special was the outfit that I was wearing — Indian designers at their finest. I loved that my dress was made up of recycled upcycle waste by Indian designer Abhishek Sharma. The outfit was the best representation of our culture, which is deeply rooted in sustainability and environment conservation. I love the puffy sleeves and the long trail skirt. The whole outfit had a carefree feminine vibe to it. Before I walked the ramp, the voices in my head told me three things — don't trip, you’ve got this, and go, girl! I remember feeling especially excited knowing that we’re going to explore the lush green rainforest in Puerto Rico. And, as someone who loves immersing herself in the middle of nature, I had a lot of fun exploring this beautiful rainforest with the girls.
