Saying that Puerto Rico is culturally and historically rich is an understatement. We had the privilege of experiencing the island of enchantment first hands. Our days were filled with discovery and good energy. One of the significantly meaningful places we visited is none other the Capitol building, at the heart and soul of the beautiful island.
