Telangana, the youngest state of India, will proudly host the 72nd Miss World Competition, set to take place from May 7 to May 31, 2025. The event will span four weeks, with various activities taking place across the state, leading up to the grand finale in Hyderabad.
Following the successful 71st Miss World held in New Delhi and Mumbai, the global beauty stage now moves to Telangana, a region where tradition meets innovation. Known for its rich cultural heritage, modern infrastructure, and strong tourism and technology sectors, Telangana presents the perfect setting for this prestigious international event.
The official announcement was made by Julia Morley CBE, Chairperson & CEO of Miss World, alongside Smita Sabharwal, Government Secretary of Telangana for Tourism, Culture, and Heritage.
