Traces of Africa – Art from the Heart of Volunteering Tomislava is traveling tomorrow to the @missworld competition, and one of the categories is Talent. Take a look at her story… This painting was created from her personal experience of volunteering at an orphanage in Benin, where, through working with children, Tomislava felt the power of community, sincerity, and joy in the simplest of moments. She was particularly inspired by her encounter with African culture — the colors, emotions, and everyday life she experienced. Through painting, her personal talent, she transformed her memories into art that carries a message of hope, love, and connection. By linking this experience with her Beauty with a Purpose project, she aims to create a story that unites volunteering and artistic expression, with the goal of raising awareness about the importance of empathy and humanity — both around the world and in our local community.
