Honored to have been invited to the celebration of the International Day of La Francophonie, under the theme 'Al at the Service of Francophonie with Women' , a heartfelt tribute to the inspiring activist Bchira Ben Mrad. Hosted by Her Excellency the Ambassador of Canada, Lorraine Diguer, and organized by the Group of Francophone Ambassadors. I was also privileged to witness the official handover of the GAF presidency from Canada to the Democratic Republic of Congo, in co-presidency with France.
