Puerto Rico Diaries: Talent Show Auditions Miss World Canada 2020, Svetlana Mamaeva, shares that training for the talent fast track has been one of her favourite parts of the preparation process for Miss World. Growing up in Moldova, she was a competitive dancer but hasn’t performed in over a decade. When Svetlana was selected to participate in Miss World, she wanted to prepare a dance routine that would bring back the same excitement and joy that she experienced when she was performing as a child. She travelled to Moldova to choreograph her performance at the same dance studio she attended growing up, called Teodor Dance Studio. "Thank you Miss World for giving women an opportunity to showcase their talents in a supportive and friendly way. From singing and dancing, to ice skating and comedy sketches, they gave each contestant their undivided attention and showed respect for all the hard work they have put in. This event was a true celebration of women from all around the world!"
