What have we learned from these interviews and what were some similarities? Here are some of the most common tips shared by the ladies: - Think of your end goal and work backwards. What exactly do you want to achieve? Be very specific, it helps to write it down. - Break the big goal into smaller goals. Create small measurable steps and celebrate your progress! - Create a plan and review it regularly. Write it down or make a drawing. Make it visual to hold yourself motivated and accountable. - Do more than expected, more than what the majority of people are willing to do and you will get the results that most people don’t have. - Make your dream about something bigger than just yourself. How can your success serve and benefit others? - Don’t be afraid of failure as many people had to overcome many challenges to get to their dreams. If we didn't have failure, how would we know what to do next? - Focus on gratitude and cultivating a positive mindset. No accomplished goal can make you happy, if you constantly choose to focus on the negative. - Don’t forget it is a privilege to have a dream. Cherish and celebrate it. A big thank you to everyone who supported the initiative and took part in the interviews!
