In 2003, one of the “Fast Track Finalist” positions that gave a contestant a placement in the semi-finals was called Miss Personality. This position is similar to the Miss Congeniality title, where the contestants themselves vote in who they think deserves a placement due to their personality or character. Personally I think it says a lot about someone when they receive a majority of the votes from their fellow sisters/contestants. This position went to Miss World Bolivia 🇧🇴 Helen Aponte Saucedo.
