One week ago, we danced, we laughed, we celebrated friendship and inclusion for people with disabilities at the @bestbuddies friendship walk! 👟 For the second year in a row, I had the absolute blast of being the emcee for the San Francisco Best Buddies Friendship Walk, and it was nothing short of amazing. This event isn’t just a walk—it’s a party with a purpose! Best Buddies @bestbuddiesca is all about inclusion, connection, and celebrating people of all abilities. Having been part of this community for years, getting to hype up the crowd, dance with my friends, and see the joy on everyone’s faces reminded me why I do what I do. As someone who has been advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over a decade, this walk means so much to me personally. It’s not just about raising funds—it’s about raising awareness.
