Miss World Wales Helena Hawke marked the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women by speaking about the importance of empowerment, protection, and compassion for survivors of gender-based violence. She reflected on her visits to the Philippines and India, where she met women who endured such violence and listened to their stories.

Hawke said the experiences reaffirmed the urgent need to uplift and protect women globally, emphasizing that meaningful change begins when each person chooses to act. She encouraged reflection and action, reminding the public that every woman deserves to live free from fear.

This is an important cause the Miss Wales organization has embraced and worked on for many years. 

Helena attended the Miss England 2025 Final Event 

On November 21, Helena Hawke attended the Miss England Finals in Wolverhampton.

Hawke shared that throughout the evening, the finalists demonstrated what it means to be “beautiful with a purpose,” each presenting their own inspiring stories and social causes. Helena expressed how proud she is to be part of the Miss World family, as the organization welcomed its newest member: Grace Richardson, who was crowned Miss World England.

Grace shared that she looks forward to meeting fellow Miss World candidates, especially those living near her, exchanging experiences, and supporting each other in their Beauty With a Purpose journeys.
