Miss World Zambia 2025, Faith Bwalya, has been named Outstanding Female Model at the Ngoma Awards, one of Zambia’s most prestigious national honors celebrating artistic excellence.

In addition to the award, Faith will receive a full scholarship at Eden University, for a course of her choice, recognizing both her achievements as Miss World Zambia and her potential beyond the runway.

Organized by the National Arts Council of Zambia under the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts, the Ngoma Awards recognize excellence across fashion, music, dance, theatre, media arts, visual arts, comedy and creative writing. Over nearly three decades, the awards have honored more than 1,000 artists and remain Zambia’s flagship platform for cultural recognition.

The Arts Council cited Faith’s elegance, poise and strong runway presence, highlighting her growing influence and undeniable talent within the fashion industry.

Reacting to the honor, Faith, the first woman from Zambia to advance to Miss World’s quarter-finals (Top 40 overall, Top 10 in Africa, Head to Head winner), shared her gratitude on social media, thanking those who supported her journey and acknowledging the platform provided by the Ngoma Awards.
