The Front & Female initiative by Tatler aims to create spaces where influential voices can connect, exchange ideas, and drive impact.

Reigning Miss World Opal Suchata was among the distinguished guests at Tatler Thailand’s inaugural Front & Female luncheon, held at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, under the theme “Give to Gain.”
Organized in celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, the gathering brought together an influential circle of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers for a series of meaningful discussions focused on empowerment, opportunity, and collective progress.
The event featured a curated format, beginning with guest introductions followed by three discussion segments exploring key themes: advancing opportunities for women, addressing misconceptions, and encouraging greater societal contribution. Conversations highlighted ongoing challenges such as the glass ceiling in corporate leadership, the importance of mentorship and trust-building cultures, and the need for inclusive workplace policies, including flexible working structures and parental support.
Sharing her perspective during the luncheon, Opal emphasized the importance of collective action and purpose-driven leadership:
“It is such an honor to be part of celebrating women and to be surrounded by inspiring individuals who have so much to give. True and sustainable growth starts from sharing opportunities, uplifting one another, and having the passion to find where we can do more, where we can give more, so women in our society have every possibility in life.”
The Front & Female initiative by Tatler aims to create spaces where influential voices can connect, exchange ideas, and drive impact, aligning closely with the values of social responsibility championed by Miss World and Beauty With a Purpose.
