Miss World Northern Ireland 2025, Carly Wilson, joined residents, families, and colleagues at Spelga Mews for their annual Family Day celebration.

Carly, who works in dementia care at the facility, highlighted her passion for supporting residents and their families. “Every day is an opportunity to show compassion, create moments of joy, and support my residents and their families. It’s a privilege to be part of the team at Spelga, where kindness, patience, and love make the biggest difference,” she said.

The event, organised by staff members Sarah and Olive, showcased the importance of intergenerational work in dementia care and brought together families, staff, and residents for a day of connection and joy.

Carly also expressed gratitude to her colleagues at Radius Housing for their continued dedication, calling the day another “fabulous” moment of teamwork and community spirit.
