As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Miss World Canada 2025, Angelina Fan, took part in Illuminight, a 1.5 km walk under the stars aimed at raising funds for cancer research.

Angelina and her team collected nearly one thousand dollars in just a few hours, with all proceeds donated to the Juravinsky Cancer Centre in Hamilton, Ontario, which is one of Canada’s leading cancer research and treatment facilities.

“This evening reminded me how powerful hope, love, and unity can be when a community comes together for something greater than ourselves. Thank you to the founders of Herizon Organization, a youth-led female empowerment foundation, for coming out to support and join our team,” said Miss World Canada.

The evening combined purpose and celebration, featuring fellowship, music, moonlight, and warm pumpkin soup. Angelina Fan will represent Canada at the Miss World 75th Anniversary Edition, in 2026.
