Meet the 25 candidates

The CAESB Theatre, located in Águas Claras, in Brazil’s Federal District, will host the election of Miss World Brazil 2026, scheduled for January 31. This edition carries special historical significance, as the winner will represent Brazil at the 75th edition of Miss World.
A total of 25 candidates, representing Brazilian states and regions, will compete for the title. In addition to presenting their social projects, they will take part in the Talent, Communication, Fitness Fashion, Top Model, and Evening Gown challenges. The winner will be the first to wear the new Miss Brasil Mundo crown, an exclusive jewel created by designer Tiago Seixas.
The candidates arrived in Brasília on January 28, when they began an intense schedule that includes official activities, preliminary competitions, social actions, and rehearsals leading up to the grand final.

Leading the new management of the National Beauty Contest (CNB) are partners Juliano Crema, Mayck Carvalho, Miro Sampaio, and João Ricardo Camilo, who promise innovations for this special edition. CNB has successfully and credibly promoted Miss World Brazil for two decades.
Letícia Frota, from Amazonas, Miss World Brazil 2022–24 and winner of the Beauty with a Purpose award at Miss World 2024, assumes the national coordination of this important phase of the competition. She will also oversee and plan, together with the winners, social projects focused on combating Hansen’s disease and hunger.
The new Miss World Brazil will be crowned by Jessy Pedroso, from Piracicaba, São Paulo, who at the most recent Miss World edition reached the Top 8 and, for the second consecutive year, won the title of Miss World Americas.
The pageant will be hosted by Juliano Crema and Gabriele Torbis.
Brazil won Miss World in 1971 with Lúcia Petterle, Miss Guanabara. During her stay in London, Lúcia was invited to afternoon tea with the Queen Mother, who granted her a postgraduate scholarship in Medicine. Today, she is a distinguished pediatrician in Rio de Janeiro.
The competition will be broadcast live on the National Beauty Contest’s YouTube channel (TV CNB) on January 31, starting at 8:00 p.m.
