Miss World Argentina, Alina Luz Akselrad, recently traveled to Israel to study geopolitics as part of her ongoing commitment to social awareness and responsible communication. As a communicator and advocate, Alina highlighted the importance of witnessing realities firsthand in order to better understand complex global issues and speak about them with clarity and responsibility.

During her visit, she volunteered with a foundation that prepares and distributes meals to communities living near the Gaza border, ensuring families in need receive warm food and support. She also planted a tree as a symbol of hope and remembrance for lives lost on both sides during the conflict, reinforcing her message of peace and unity.

The experience further strengthened the foundations of her social initiative Healing the World (Sanando el Mundo), a project she has passionately developed even before being crowned Miss World Argentina. The initiative continues to grow, inspiring new actions focused on dialogue, solidarity, and healing across communities.

At one of the multicultural events she attended, Alina made a special effort to connect with people from different nationalities by learning how to greet in several languages. “I am very excited to meet all the candidates at Miss World. I’d love to be able to greet them all in their own languages,” she shared.

The reigning Miss World Argentina reflected on the importance of stepping outside our comfort zones to better understand complex realities, emphasizing that beyond borders, beliefs, or conflicts, people are ultimately driven by the same human emotions. She highlighted that fear, love, compassion, and empathy unite us far more than differences divide us, reinforcing her message of dialogue, respect, and shared humanity.
