Miss World America and Top 20 semi-finalist Athenna Crosby was a special guest at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation Tribute Gala, lending her support to the organization’s work in raising awareness and providing care for those affected by HIV/AIDS.

The Foundation serves more than 27,000 people each year, offering health care, sexual health and substance use services, advocacy, and community partnerships to promote wellness and dignity in communities impacted by HIV.

Reflecting on the event, Athenna said:
