Alba Tirtja has been crowned Miss World Albania 2026 and will represent her country at the 75th Anniversary Edition of the Miss World Festival, which will take place in Vietnam, from August 9 to September 5.

A 25 year old from Tirana, Tirtja is a fourth year medical student studying in Austria, where she also works as a teaching assistant. She is fluent in English, German, Italian, and French.

“Being crowned Miss World Albania is an extraordinary moment in my life”, she said. 

“Between lecture halls as a teaching assistant, medical textbooks, daily responsibilities, and dreams that refused to stay silent, I learned that a woman can successfully carry many roles at once, not because it is easy, but because passion and dedication give the heart the strength to keep moving forward. I promise to wear this crown with all my heart”, Miss World Albania concluded.
