Contestants promote their hometowns in “Explore the Nation” challenge as the Miss England final approaches.

The Miss England 2025 National Final will take place on 20–21 November at the Grand Station in Wolverhampton, with finalists showcasing their hometowns, studies, and professions through special travel-style videos and workwear portraits.

As part of the “Miss England Explore the Nation” challenge, contestants were invited to produce short promotional videos highlighting key attractions in their cities and counties. They were also photographed in workwear or outfits representing their jobs or academic fields. The full list of videos, created in partnership with City Sightseeing and Coco Moola, is available on the Miss England website and app.

The initiative, introduced during the lockdown era when the competition went virtual, continues to offer judges deeper insight into the diverse backgrounds of the finalists. Organizer Angie Beasley said, “The judges have been allowed to learn much more about each diverse and inspiring contestant this year. The video entries are impressive, and they have been photographed in clothing that reflects who they are and what they do.”

Among this year’s finalists are a pilot, an emergency responder, a cadet, an award-winning playwright, a dog groomer, a midwife, a PE teacher, a nursery nurse, science graduates, including a PhD scholar and a physicist, as well as students in fashion, media, and veterinary studies.

In the lead-up to the final, contestants have also been fundraising for Miss World’s official charity, Beauty With a Purpose, with many organizing their own events.

During the two-day final, participants will compete in several qualifying rounds, including an Ethical Fashion Show, a Bare-Face (no-makeup) Catwalk, and a Talent Competition.

Thirty finalists compete for the title and the right to represent England at the 73rd Miss World Festival in 2026.

The new Miss England will be crowned on Friday, 21 November, earning a place at the 73rd Miss World.
