Between likes and shares, Miss World learns how data, AI, and digital insight are shaping the future of global connection.

Earlier today, February 23, in Bangkok, Miss World Opal Suchata visited the Thailand office of Meta Platforms, the parent company of Instagram and Facebook. The regional office oversees platform operations, partnerships, digital strategy, safety initiatives, and creator engagement across Thailand.

During her visit, Opal received a detailed presentation analyzing her social media performance and digital footprint. The session provided insights into how her content performs globally, identifying India and Indonesia among the countries where she generates the highest engagement. Data presented showed that the majority of her Instagram audience is based in India, where most Instagram users are, with her core demographic consisting primarily of women aged 25 to 35.

Meta’s team shared technical insights into content optimization, including how to refine Reels for stronger engagement and growth. Opal had the opportunity to review which types of videos resonate most with her audience. According to platform analytics, her followers respond especially well to content celebrating festivals and special occasions, such as Christmas and Chinese New Year, as well as culturally themed posts that highlight tradition.

The meeting also focused on digital responsibility. Meta representatives emphasized the importance of recognizing scams, strengthening account protection, and maintaining online safety. With social media playing an increasingly central role in both personal and professional life, the discussion addressed how artificial intelligence is reshaping communication, content creation, and audience interaction.

A key highlight of the visit was a demonstration of AI-powered tools available on Instagram. These include automated video translation features that currently support nine languages, among them Spanish, Portuguese, and several Indian languages. The technology enables creators to expand their reach across linguistic barriers, allowing Opal’s message to connect with audiences worldwide more efficiently.

The visit underscored the growing intersection between global ambassadorship and digital innovation. As Miss World continues to use her platforms to engage millions across continents, understanding analytics, AI tools, and online safety remains essential in maximizing impact and strengthening meaningful connections with her audience.
