Funds raised during the event will directly support renovations at the Clinic of Pediatric Surgery at ICZMP

The historic Poznański Palace in Łódź hosted a Charity Gala in support of the Institute of the Polish Mother’s Health Center (ICZMP) on January 9th, bringing together representatives of culture, fashion, and the Miss Polonia and Miss World organizations.
The event was organized through a collaboration between the Foundation for the Development of ICZMP, the Miss Polonia Foundation, and designer Ewelina Niklas. Its primary goal was to raise funds for the renovation and modernization of the Clinic of Pediatric Surgery at ICZMP in Łódź.

An auction was the central fundraising activity of the evening, with all proceeds dedicated to improving medical facilities and treatment conditions for young patients at the hospital.

The fashion segment of the gala featured designs by Ewelina Niklas. Miss World Europe and 2nd Runner-up of Miss World, Maja Klajda, opened the show and appeared in the finale wearing a wedding gown from Niklas’ “Palace Collection.”
The program also included a musical performance by Maja Todd, the reigning Miss World Poland, who presented a short recital featuring “Young and Beautiful” by Lana Del Rey and “At Last” by Etta James. She performed wearing a custom-made gold gown designed for the occasion.

The gala was hosted by Ewa Jakubiec, Chairperson of the Miss Polonia Foundation Council, alongside television presenters Karol Strasburger and Robert Janowski.
Funds raised during the event will directly support renovations at the Clinic of Pediatric Surgery at ICZMP, contributing to improved healthcare conditions and modern treatment environments for children in Poland.
Commending the initiative, Julia Morley CBE praised the fundraising event for its positive impact on children.

Well done!
