Asia Rose Simpson is 18 years old and hails from Quezon City

Asia Rose Simpson of Quezon City was crowned Miss World Philippines 2026 in the conclusion of the event held at the Mall of Asia Arena, triumphing over 23 other aspirants from across the country and overseas Filipino communities. The final results were announced by Arnold Vegafria, the Miss World license holder in the Philippines.
She succeeds Krishnah Gravidez after a remarkable reign and a remarkable farewell speech, stepping into the national spotlight. Krishnah remains reigning as Miss World Asia.

The crowning moment was made even more meaningful as reigning Miss World Opal Suchata Chuangsri joined it, alongside Krishnah, and presented the sash to the Beauty with a Purpose winner, underscoring the heart of the Miss World mission.
Throughout the evening, a powerful video tribute showcased the global humanitarian impact of Beauty with a Purpose, highlighting the outstanding work led by Miss World CEO Julia Morley CBE.

Only 18 years old, Asia Rose Simpson captured hearts not just with elegance but with humility and resilience. Coming from a modest background, she prepared for the competition largely on her own terms, doing her own makeup and proudly wearing dresses made by her mother.
The new titleholder also made waves throughout the competition by winning two major fast-track events, Talent and Beauty with a Purpose, securing her place among the semifinalists early on.
During the crucial Q&A round, Asia Rose delivered a thoughtful response on social media’s impact on society, linking it to youth mental health awareness and her SED (Sports, Emotional, and Dance) initiative that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being among young people.

The night also celebrated the crowning of the First Princess, Anne De Mesa (Manila), and Second Princess, Gabrielle Fuentes Galapia (Pampanga).
Asia Rose now prepares for the Miss World Festival, where she will aim to bring the Philippines its second Miss World title, following the historic victory of Megan Young in 2013.
Congratulations!
