Miss World is completely Indianized. The Asia and Oceania Top 10 announcement honestly feels disappointing. It’s hard to accept when truly deserving contestants have been overlooked, and it raises concerns about fairness in the selection process. Miss Sri Lanka, Anudi Gunasekara, stood out as the only Asian contestant to be selected as a finalist in multiple fast track events; Head to Head, Talent, and even placing as 1st Runner-Up in Multimedia! That speaks volumes about her overall performance, dedication, and the impact she’s made. Her personality, grace, and presence were undeniable throughout the competition. While we won’t call out names, it’s clear that some inclusions feel questionable, and it’s disappointing to see someone who genuinely earned her place left out. This doesn’t reflect the values Miss World is known for; fairness, purpose, and celebrating true beauty with substance.
