In October 2023, Jessica was invited to the ASCEND Space Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she spoke about how we can use the ISS (International Space Station) to engage the public in STEM.

Jess shared the main stage with a panel of speakers from Microsoft, the MSG Sphere, ISS National Lab and P&G, where her main topic of conversation was about female empowerment and diminishing the many stereotypes surrounding STEM subjects.

Approximately 1600 space professionals attended the conference, including distinguished professors of aerospace and pioneering astronauts - who Jess was lucky enough to interview!
