Her dedication to improving healthcare access in underserved areas earned her the Beauty with a Purpose award and a place in the Top 12 at Miss World 2018.  🇮🇳 Suman Rao – India (2019) Suman initiated ‘Project Pragati’ to empower women in tribal communities by facilitating financial independence through the production and sale of aloe vera and rose-based products. Her efforts led to her project being selected in the Top 10 Beauty with a Purpose projects at Miss World 2019.   🇺🇬 Hannah Karema Tumukunde – Uganda (2024) Hannah’s project aimed at keeping girls in school by addressing menstrual hygiene management. Her advocacy placed her among the top 10 finalists and earned her the title of first runner-up for Miss World Africa.  🇱🇰 Anudi Gunasekara – Sri Lanka (2025) Anudi’s ‘Saheli’ campaign tackled period poverty in Sri Lanka by distributing sanitary products and advocating for reduced taxation on menstrual hygiene products. Her project reached national attention and was presented to the Sri Lankan Parliament, marking a significant step in policy advocacy.  🇨🇿 Krystyna Pyszková – Czech Republic (2024) Krystyna’s dedication to education and social welfare led her to win Miss World 2024, embodying the essence of Beauty with a Purpose through her continuous efforts in humanitarian work.
