menstruation is not a simple thing in a developing country like Sri lanka. most of women are struggling with the poverty and suffer from it lifetime. it is not easy to buy sanitary napkins as they are expensive in Sri lanka. the cost of living is also sky rocketing day by day. miss Sri Lanka anudi has started "The Saheli Foundation" to help poor women for their difficulties during their period. it is not a big thing but the biggest thing which has been done for this matter so far. Because of The Saheli Foundation many poor women would be able to smile during their period while doing their day to day activities to raise their whole family up. thank u miss Sri Lanka for thinking the entire society(whenever women are happy the whole society is happily cured)
