3 weeks ago, I was honoured to be the recipient of a very prestigious award within the British Red Cross. I received this due to my unwavering efforts and professionalism when it came to attending a Fire Call. As an Emergency Responder, we never know what we are going to get called out to, and this call was one of the most challenging yet.
