Visiting the magnificent 1000 Pillar Temple in Warangal was like stepping back into a time of artistic brilliance and spiritual depth. Built in the 12th century by the Kakatiya dynasty — one of the few ruling powers led by a woman, the remarkable Queen Rudrama Devi — this temple is not just a marvel of architecture, but a tribute to strength and leadership. As I walked among the intricately carved pillars, I felt deeply inspired by the legacy of a woman who defied the norms of her time to rule with wisdom and power. Her story is a reminder that women’s leadership is timeless, and that we, too, can leave behind pillars of progress for future generations. A heartfelt thank you to the Honorable Minister and Telangana Tourism for welcoming us with such warmth and for preserving this incredible piece of history that continues to inspire the world
